Beautiful paint layers that look just like a landscape
Like meeting an old friend… After so long away I have finally made it back to tumblr to continue my blogging.  Life’s been busy since I’ve been gone, got engaged, graduated from undergrad, worked for the summer, built another show garden, won a Gold Award for the show garden, formed my own company, fell in love with twitter and now studying postgrad and living in London with my lovely fiancé.  But now I am here again, and ready to spead my landscapey love all over again :) Hope you’ll welcome me back with open arms <3

“Second hand books are wild books, homeless books; they have come together in vast flocks of variegated feather, and have a charm which the domesticated volumes of the library lack”- Virginia Woolf
“Life is a question of nerves, and fibres, and slowly built-up cells in which thought hides itself and passion has its dreams. You may fancy yourself safe and think yourself strong. But a chance tone of colour in a room or a morning sky, a particular perfume that you had once loved and that brings subtle memories with it, a line from a forgotten poem that you had come across again, a cadence from a piece of music that you had ceased to play… I tell you, that it is on things like these that our lives depend.”
